Is there any fresh fruit in season where you live?

We have persimmons and pomegranates. Maybe a little quince. Anyone closer to the equator than I am? Maybe the southern hemisphere? I can get fruit from South America at the market, but it is not the same. I miss berries.

I live in the Caribbean so fresh fruit is always in season
Reply:we have pomegranates here too (Romania)
Reply:no there isnt - i live in west virginia so there is not a good growing season here in the winter
Reply:I've got persimmons, pomegranates, apples and pears...
Reply:in s. calif: pomegranates, oranges, avocadoes, tangerines, clementines, persimmons, manderine oranges
Reply:Considering its winter and cold as hell- unless they got some amazing fruit that can grow in the snow-I highly doubt it!
Reply:Hey Rebekah, I am really sorry for blowing up about that Peguin thing, I was having a really bad day and I am sorry, I accept your apology... but yeah I guess it is hard to tell if someone is sarcastic or not, when you are not actually speaking to them... I am sorry again, and appriciate your apology. Thank You! I hope you have a Wonderful Holidays, and God Bless You!
Reply:Not a one. We're covered in snow right now. Got a few more inches last night. At this point I'm thinking its safe to say its going to be a white Christmas.
Reply:Persimmons and pomegranates here too. Citrus fruits further on south.
