...apple trees, and looking over at Eve, naked, youthfully voluptuous, with her long silky hair draped upon her shoulders? Did he think she was a fox? Did he feel an irresistable urge to "be with" (don't you like that obtuse biblical term?) her? Was he leering at her? What was Adam thinking?

Reply:Of course she was a fox! She was perfect! When Adam first saw her he broke out into poetry at how wonderful she was and how she was a perfect mate for him :)





However, his desire for her was probably completely appropriate - she was his wife afterall... you can't really lust after your own wife (not inappropriately anyway) :)
Reply:We dont believe he had those physical sexual urges until after he fell away from God and left the garden. It was part of the reason they had to leave this paridisical state. To fulfill the commandment to multiply and replenish the earth. Adam and Eve knew what they were doing when they ate the fruit and fell away from God. They were fulfilling Gods plan.


Adam went on to be the first prophet of God so I dont think it was held against him.
