Do you have to be spanish to have a quince (quinceanera)?
typically it's a mexican celebration... but it's not unheard of for other nationalities to have one as well! my friend isn't hispanic and she had one... she's irish!
Reply:Nobody can tell you that you cannot have one except for the people who would be paying for it, your parents! Go for it and make sure to have several pinatas!
